These terms govern your use of adirondackmetalroofing.com, operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group. By using the site or submitting a match request, you agree to them.
What this service is
Adirondack Metal Roofing is a marketing and referral service. We connect homeowners in Clinton, Franklin, Essex, and St. Lawrence counties, New York with independent local metal roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing or engineering work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Contractor work is between you and the contractor
Any consultation, estimate, contract, or work that follows a match is solely between you and the independent contractor. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring, and we publish a verification guide to help. We do not supervise, direct, or control any contractor's work.
No warranty
The site and the matching service are provided as is. We make no warranty about any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, or conduct, and no warranty that the site is error-free. Educational content on this site is general information, not engineering, legal, or code advice for your specific property; confirm code questions with your local code enforcement office.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising from the site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of an independent contractor.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or use it to spam contractors or homeowners. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone misusing it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Oregon law. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
Changes
Updated terms are posted here with a new effective date and apply from posting forward.
