Adirondack Metal Roofing is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.

That is the whole model, and homeowners in Clinton, Franklin, Essex, and St. Lawrence counties deserve to see it stated plainly rather than buried in fine print. Here is how it works in practice.

The referral fee

When you submit a match request, we forward it to an independent local metal roofing contractor who serves your town. That contractor pays us for the introduction. You never receive a bill from us, and the contractor prices your job on its own merits: roof size, pitch, panel system, snow engineering, and tear-off, the same inputs any estimate uses.

What we do not do

• We do not perform roofing work, quote jobs, or negotiate prices. The contractor you are matched with does all of that directly with you.
• We do not charge homeowners anything, at any point.
• We do not sell your information to lead lists. Your request goes to the contractor handling your match, as described in our privacy policy.
• We do not accept payment to say nice things about anyone. The educational pages on this site cite primary sources, and the verification checklist applies to every contractor, including the ones we work with.

Why this model exists

Metal roofing is a research-heavy, high-consideration purchase in this region, and most of the search results for it are suppliers, manufacturers, and out-of-area firms. We publish North Country specific research, and independent local contractors pay for the introductions it produces. You get the research and the introduction free; the contractor gets a homeowner who already understands the assembly they are buying.
